Film synopsis: The musical comedy "Die verliebte Firma" ("The Company′s in Love") carefully examines its own métier: During the shooting of a Berlin-based film production in the Bavarian province, the leading actors constantly quarrel - and then a young female post office clerk turns up who at first interferes with the film′s shooting but soon becomes the new darling of the film production company, the "Company′s in Love".
"Die verliebte Firma" was digitized by Friedrich-Wilhelm-Murnau-Stiftung as part of the film heritage funding program "Förderprogramm Filmerbe" (FFE) in 2022. filmportal.de, the central internet platform for German cinema and a department of DFF - Deutsches Filminstitut und Filmmuseum, documents the progress and results of "Förderprogramm Filmerbe", which is funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media, the German federal states and the German Federal Film Board. The first five minutes of feature-length films digitized with funding from the FFE are presented on filmportal.de to document the successful completion of the respective project.
